DHA LICENSE NURSE Hi, I'm Carmel Lisondra , 39 years old married with only one child. A licensed nurse in the Philippines, Saudi Arabia and in Dubai UAE. I worked as a hospital nurse in the Philippines for almost 3 years and designated to different department before I decided to work here in KSA . I had been in Saudi Arabia for almost 8 years and worked as a licensed in the hospital. I had been handling clinical care patients and geriatric requiring professional nursing care. I believe that every patient has the right to be treated equal and with compassionate as this is what nursing is all about. Empathy and compassionate will always be part of my nursing goal. Dedicated and patient focused with over 14 years of experience as a nurse providing excellent care to diverse group of patients. Solid expertise in administering standard treatment protocols in intensive care, long term care, urgent care, and chronic disease management. skilled in the assessment and management of acutely ill patients within an inpatient clinical setting. Carmel obtained her bachelor’s degree in Nursing Science from her home country, the Philippines and graduated in 2004. She gained experience, working in a multidisciplinary hospital in the medical, surgical, ICU, paediatric and NICU departments, before she relocated to KSA. She holds a DHA license. She participates in continuous training events to ensure she stays up to date with current practices and improve her skills and knowledge in taking care of the elderly, assisting them in their daily activities, including personal care, feeding, passive motion of exercises and offering support. Her skills include, handling senior patients with different chronic conditions e.g. Dementia stroke, diabetes, hypertension. She has gained experience in managing more in-depth clinical cases, who need care with regards to PEG tube feedings, tracheostomy care, NGT tube feedings, suctioning, IV medications administration, wound care, , patients who undergo dialysis , Manage patients on Mechanical ventilator, CPAP AND BIPAP. She has completed her Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid course.
