Hi, my name is Josan, 31 years old, single, and family-oriented. I had been in the nursing field for more than 8 years now. I am a Registered Nurse in Philippines and here in UAE. One of the reasons I am compassionate about my profession is the sense of fulfilment I get when caring for someone and making a difference in their life - no matter how small that may be. I live by the saying that goes.” I always like to achieve my goals whether it may be short term or long term. I am a team player; I have initiative and open to take on new challenges at work.” Josan obtained her bachelor’s degree in nursing from her home country, the Philippines. She holds a DHA license. She had experience in various healthcare setting; as a COVID Responder Nurse, have experienced in a Surgery Center and exposed in hospital setting in different department in Philippines . She has handled paediatric cases and elderly patients with chronic diseases with tracheostomy, NGT tube feedings, suctioning, IV medications administration, wound care, etc. Her attention to detail and professional attitude makes her an outstanding part of the nursing team. She has completed her Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid.
