Hi, my name is Vera. I am 44 years old, a mother of four beautiful children, Married and from Philippines. I am energetic, loyal and self-motivated. I love taking care of people from all ages, it brings out the best in me, I enjoy the interaction I have with my clients, it gives me a new lesson and perspective every time. My greatest achievement in my profession is being promoted as a line leader and later a supervisor from my previous job, which means to me a recognition of my hard work. I believe in the saying that “you never know how strong you are, until being strong is the only choice you have” this encourages me not give up on any challenging situations. I have good command in English language and proficient in Arabic. Vera obtained her certification in caregiving in year 2005. She started working in the field of healthcare from 2007 till present. She also has 9 years of experience working in a long-term care facility in Saudi Arabia, giving her a comprehensive work experience in handling various cases of adult care. In EHN she furthered her knowledge and skills in newborn care and childcare. To ensure she stays up to date with nursing practices, she continuously participates in medical education trainings and lectures. She had extensive training in newborn and childcare upon joining EHN. She is responsible and has good interpersonal skills.
